Australia Postage
- Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Standard Shipping, LaGaia UNEDITED will:

– Use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the order within five working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you;

– For orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Â
– Please note LaGaia UNEDITED Online is currently unable to support time slot delivery.Â
– Due to postal restrictions items classed as 'dangerous goods' must be delivered via the Road Express delivery method with an estimated delivery time of 5-6 business days.

– Please note LaGaia UNEDITED reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.

2. Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Express Shipping, LaGaia UNEDITED will:

– Use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the order within three working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you; and
Â
– Send the order by courier where the order is to be delivered to a street address or by Australia Post where the order is to be delivered to a PO Box.

We ship to Australasian countries, New Zealand, United States, Europe and China.
Shipping cost is calculated upon checkout.

General Postage Information
Please note that LaGaia UNEDITED once dispatched cannot make any changes or enquiries on package on customer behalf. All Postage enquires must be directed to Australia Post via their customer services.
Tracking: LaGaia send tracking numbers with every package.
Delivery Address: Please ensure your address is correctly inputted as LUE will not incur duplicate shipping charges due to input error.
Incorrect Order: If you have received an incorrect package, please notify our team immediately, we are happy to send a return postage slip and we will complimentary express ship out your correct product.
- Our team may ask for photo documentation.
- Please keep box packaging for return postage in this instance.
Damage: If a package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and send photo evidence. Once dispatched from our warehouse postal services can be rough and mistreat these precious vessels, please know we are more than happy to replace broken lid/pump or whole container if necessary. Photo documentation is required as we report this to the shipping company with the photo evidence provided by you.
