Acts as a regenerating / revitalising agent, lightening/whitening agent and as an anti-wrinkle agent. Its microcapsules contain 7% of pure retinol, enable optimal isolation of the retinol, with unique release on demand™ (RND™) technology which, ensures active retinol delivery. Its micro-encapsulated shell is made of a single layer polymer, which ensures protection from light, temperature, pH and other oxidising agents in cosmetic formulations.

Vitamin A is a natural exfoliator which assists in decongesting results, neutralising breakouts while also working to thicken skin and reduce fine line depth. It also prevents UV degeneration, protecting the skin from abnormal cell proliferation and irregular pigment formation.

Jean originally born in the USA migrated here in the late 1980’s and has found her true home in Australia. Kristen has had a lovely free-range upbringing in Australia, born in Melbourne Victoria. For our key professional active ingredients, we have gone a little further and ensured that third party clinical testing has been conducted to prove their efficacy. This is essential as through this process we understand what pH level these ingredients require to remain potent and absorbable, what concentration needs to be added into the formulation for it to achieve saturation results, and finally what is the best base formulation for ‘X’ active ingredient.

LaGaia Unedited reflects wholeheartedly on our impact on the environment and take an active stance to reduce packaging waste and energy consumption. This begins with being 100% Australian made. We source packaging and ingredients from local Australian businesses, and encase our formulations in glass, biodegradable tubes made from corn starch and other post-consumer recycled materials. A combination of renewable energy sources such as solar is used in production. We choose shipping services that supply us with biodegradable satchels and boxes. In an effort to offset travel emissions during delivery these services replant trees. Our Australian partnered suppliers and manufacturing facilities practice waste minimising protocols as well as fair work standards. We also never test on animals.
