Application

Body Cream/Oil

As a pure Essential Oil blend, if you desire to apply to skin, they must be put into a carrier base like oil or cream. Start by adding 2-5 drops to an aroma free base and build aroma intensity based on desired strength. Always check ingredients for any sensitivities.

Bathing

Blend in with carrier like milk to diffuse essential oils throughout water. Can add directly to bathing water allowing oils to sit on surface and diffuse.

Aroma Mist

Using a glass bottle add 10-15 drops of essential oil then fill with water. Carriers can be used however not necessary. Simply shake prior to each use.
